A macro tracker that knows you trained today.
Calories, protein, carbs and fat, with targets that start from your own latest weigh-in and goal. The workouts you log are added to the day, so a heavy session earns its food and a rest day doesn't pretend otherwise.
Three ways in, and none of them is typing numbers.
Point the camera at a barcode and it reads on its own. Point it at a nutrition label and each number lights up as it is recognised, sideways labels included. Or search the USDA FoodData Central library and packaged foods sold in India and Lebanon, where every food has its own icon and the foods you had at this meal before are waiting at the top.
- Scanning runs on your phone, and a label photo is never uploaded
- You check every number a scan reads before it is saved
- Indian and Lebanese favourites such as naan, dosa, biryani, falafel and tabbouleh, found however you spell them (daal or dal, hommus or hummus), home-style curries such as tikka masala, korma and dal from the UK’s official food tables, plus packaged foods from India and Lebanon with data from Open Food Facts
- Quick add, your own foods and recipes for everything else
- Saved meals to log a regular breakfast in one tap
Built from your records, not a guess about your lifestyle.
Your base burn comes from your latest weigh-in in Check-ins. Your goal sets the pace, in pounds or kilograms a week or by a target date. Then the day adds the cardio, lifting and WODs you actually logged, at their net estimate so nothing is counted twice.
Lose, maintain, gain or recomposition
Pick the goal and the pace. A pace faster than recommended is allowed and clearly flagged, never quietly slowed down.
A floor you can see
The target never drops below a sensible daily minimum, and when that minimum applies the app tells you why and how a slower pace brings your own number back.
A weekly check-in that learns your burn
Mark days complete and, after a couple of weeks, the app compares what you ate with how your trend weight moved and offers a better estimate. Nothing changes until you accept it.
Week and History at a glance
Seven days of calories and macros against each day's own target, and up to twelve months of smoothed trend weight beside your plan.
Water on its own meter
Log drinks in fl oz or ml against a goal of your own or a recommended one. Water never counts as calories.
A fasting timer
Start a fast with a goal such as 16:8, watch the timer run and end it when you eat. Log food mid-fast and the app asks before ending it. Past fasts can be edited, and fasting never changes your calorie target. For adults 18 and over.
Labels in full
Fiber, sodium and the rest of the US nutrition label, shown as % Daily Value, and calories or kilojoules, whichever you read.
Your food log is private. It is never posted to the activity feed, never shared, and never used on a leaderboard. Calorie and macro targets are for adults 18 and over, and like body fat, BMI and BMR they are fitness estimates, not medical or dietary advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
