Club 1000 Plus Privacy Policy

Thank you for using Club 1000 Plus. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have about your data when you use our website, app, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Important account note: Club 1000 Plus currently supports email/password sign-in. We do not offer Sign in with Apple or Facebook login for account access.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only when needed to run the Services, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.

4) Data Retention

We keep your account and associated data while your account is active so the Services can function. You can use in-app data controls (below) to export or delete your personal data.

5) Managing, Exporting, and Deleting Data

Exporting your data (self-service)

In the app, go to My Profile → Account → Personal Data Controls → Export My Data. This downloads a JSON export of your profile-related data.

Deleting your data (self-service data wipe)

In the app, go to My Profile → Account → Personal Data Controls → Delete My Data. This removes personal fitness/profile data tied to your account, including workout history, body metrics, uploaded progress photos, and related social/friend records.

Important: this action deletes your personal data, but it does not remove your login account itself.

Account deletion (full account removal)

Club 1000 Plus does not currently provide a self-serve “Delete Account” button for full account removal in the user UI. To permanently delete your account record and associated data, contact support at david@becharasolutions.com from your account email.

6) Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and remove data as appropriate.

7) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8) International Processing

Depending on infrastructure and service providers, data may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our providers operate.

9) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and may provide additional notice in-app or by email.
