Club 1000 Plus

Compare fitness progress photos over time.

Club 1000 Plus keeps body progress photos with dated check-ins, so you can compare two points in your own fitness journey side by side. It helps people tracking changes during strength training, weight management or everyday fitness see their photos alongside weight and measurements.

How to compare body progress photos

  1. Save photos with a body check-in

Open Check-ins, record your weight or measurements and add front, side or back photos. Save the check-in so the photos have a date alongside your body records.

  2. Choose two check-ins from History

Open History and select a check-in with photos. Tap Add to compare, then add a second check-in to see the two dates together.

  3. Compare the same angle

Use the angle controls to compare front with front, side with side or back with back. Read the dates above each photo and the weight and estimated body fat below when available.

Make each comparison useful.

Keep the lighting, camera position, distance and pose similar each time. Compare the same angle at two dates, and use a schedule that works for you. Daily changes in lighting and posture can be more noticeable than changes in your body.

  • Your dates, your progress: choose the two check-ins you want to compare.
  • Measurements add context: review weight and body measurements alongside the photos.
  • Private unless shared: you decide whether a body check-in goes on the activity feed.

Photos are one part of the picture. Pair them with strength gains, workout consistency and body measurement trends to follow your own goals.

Progress photo questions

Can I compare fitness progress photos from different dates?

Yes. Add two check-ins from History to Compare Mode. Each side is labelled with its check-in date, and you can switch between front, side and back angles.

Do I need every photo angle for each check-in?

No. You can save the angles you have. For a useful comparison, choose an angle with a photo on both dates.

Are my progress photos automatically public?

No. Body check-ins are private unless you choose to share them. Review the sharing setting before saving or posting a check-in to the activity feed.

Can photos tell me my body fat percentage?

Compare Mode lines up your photos; it does not calculate body fat from an image. The body fat percentage shown with a check-in is a fitness estimate from your recorded measurements, not a medical measurement.

Body fat and other calculations are fitness estimates only, not medical advice. Photos show visual changes; they do not diagnose health or measure body composition.
