Your coaching plan, connected to the work you do.
Build a program, put it on the calendar, and follow the training, nutrition and progress your clients choose to share. Coach Mode brings coaches and clients together in the same app they use to log their day.
For adults 18 and over. Clients join by invitation and control what they share.
A clear next step for every training day.
Accept your coach’s invitation
Review who is inviting you and choose what to share. Accepting brings you into your coach’s club, with its name, logo and colour in the app.
Open today’s workout
Open My Program from the account menu or desktop sidebar, then find Today in Overview. Start or resume the assigned routine, see the targets for each exercise, and log your sets in Workouts. Your schedule keeps the days ahead in view.
Keep the conversation going
Message your coach in a private, one-to-one thread. Review nutrition recommendations and choose whether to use them. Adjust your sharing choices whenever you need to.
Plan the work. Follow the progress. Stay in touch.
Clients, Messages, Plans and Insights keep the daily coaching work together.
Routines with a purpose
Build routines with strength exercises, cardio and WODs. Set the sets, rep ranges, load, rest and coaching cues for each exercise. Assign a routine and your client gets their own copy marked From Coach.
Programs from a week to a month
Arrange routines and notes day by day in a 7–31 day program, leave rest days, and assign it from a start date. Reuse a week across later weeks, and review programs by client.
A calendar for the plan
Schedule planned workouts and appointments as separate items. Review Done or Missed for past planned days when workouts are shared; private workouts read Not shared.
Progress with context
Review the workout history, training consistency, nutrition, weight and measurements each client shares. See training volume and strength trends, and choose client alerts for missed workouts, PRs or a plan ending.
Nutrition recommendations
Send calorie and macro targets alongside the client’s shared nutrition history. The client decides whether to use the recommendation or keep their own targets. Targets are fitness estimates for adults 18 and over, not medical or dietary advice.
Messages beside the plan
Use a one-to-one, plain-text conversation with each client. See unread conversations in Messages and a Read status under your own messages, without switching to another app.
Open your club in the app.
Coach Mode is self-service: any member 18 or older can open a club and start coaching the same day.
Open a club
In the app, go to My Profile, then Account Management, then Membership, and choose Open a club. Name it, choose monthly or annual, and confirm on Stripe’s secure page. You become the club’s head coach.
Invite your first clients
Your first club starts as you and up to 2 clients for its first 30 days. Invite clients by email from Clients; each one reviews what to share before accepting.
Grow your coaching team
Once the club’s plan is under way, invite coaches from Club. Each coach, you included, can have up to 20 clients, and invitations waiting for an answer hold a place.
What everyone in the club gets.
Head coach
Runs the club: its name, logo and colour, the coaching team, every client, and the club’s plan in Membership. Counts as a coach, with their own clients. Has PLUS AI, including the ChatGPT coaching tools.
Coaches
Added only by the head coach (or by Club 1000 Plus for partner clubs). See and coach only their own clients, with no club management. Have PLUS AI while they coach at the club.
Clients
Have PLUS while they train with the club — unlimited routines, custom exercises, foods and recipes, and all their history in analytics. They can add PLUS AI for ChatGPT themselves.
Moving clients
The head coach can move a client to another coach at any time. Before a coach leaves the team, their clients move to another coach, so nobody is left without one.
Partner clubs
Club 1000 Plus also sets up partner clubs. Contact us to discuss a partnership.
If the club’s plan ends
The club is disabled, not deleted. Clients return to their own plans and keep their training; the head coach can reopen the club and its clients come back, export its clients, messages, routines and programs, or delete it.
Your club, your coaching team.
A head coach sets up the club’s name, logo and colour, invites coaches, and oversees the club’s clients. Coaches manage their own clients. Share routines within the club’s library, name the coaches who can edit them, and choose when to push an updated plan to clients.
Import and export programs using the documented Program CSV format. With the ChatGPT coaching integration enabled, coaches can draft routines and programs in ChatGPT; assignments wait for coach approval, and nutrition drafts wait for Send. ChatGPT does not read client logs or private messages.
Clients decide what is shared.
Workouts, nutrition and weight start selected when a client reviews an invitation. Body measurements and progress photos start unselected. Change any sharing choice in My Program’s Privacy section. Changes apply as soon as they save. Peptide logs are never shared with coaches.
The coach and club’s head coach can review only the kinds of data the client shares. Private data reads Not shared, and sharing with a coach does not publish it to the community feed.
Coaches cannot edit a client’s logged history. Clients can leave coaching and keep their history and assigned routine copies.
Common questions
How do I get access to Coach Mode?
A member opens a club from Membership in the app and becomes its head coach; head coaches invite their coaching team. Club 1000 Plus can also set up partner clubs — contact us to discuss a partnership.
How many clients can a coach have?
Each coach, the head coach included, can have up to 20 clients. Invitations waiting for an answer hold a place. In a club’s first 30 days it is the head coach alone, with up to 2 clients.
What do coaches and clients get?
While the club’s plan is under way, its coaches and head coach have PLUS AI, and its clients have PLUS. Clients can add PLUS AI themselves.
Who can add or remove coaches?
Only the head coach, or Club 1000 Plus for a partner club. A coach sees only their own clients and has no club management. Before a coach is removed, their clients move to another coach.
How do clients join their coach?
Clients join through an invitation from their coach. Adults 18 and over review the invite and choose what to share before accepting. Accepting joins the coach’s club; one active coach works with each client.
What can my coach see?
You choose whether to share workouts, nutrition, weight, body measurements and progress photos. Workouts, nutrition and weight start selected on the invitation; measurements and photos start unselected. You can change these choices at any time. Your coach and the club’s head coach can review only the data you share. Peptide logs are never shared with coaches.
Can my coach change my food targets or logged workouts?
Your coach can send calorie and macro recommendations, but you choose Use these or Keep mine. Recommendations never apply themselves. Your coach cannot write or change your logged workouts, meals or body check-ins. Targets are fitness estimates for adults 18 and over, not medical or dietary advice.
Are messages private?
Each message thread is between you and your current coach. Another coach, the head coach on another coach’s client, an acting admin and ChatGPT cannot read or send messages in that thread. Messages are one-to-one plain text.
What happens if I leave my coach?
You keep your training history and assigned routine copies. Future coaching events are cancelled, and neither side can send new messages in the former thread. You can end the relationship from Privacy in My Program.
