Club 1000 Plus

A peptide and GLP-1 shot tracker beside your training and food.

Keep every shot and peptide you take in one place: what is due today, what you took and where, how much is left in the vial or pen, and a reminder when a dose is due. You enter the plan you were given; Club 1000 Plus keeps the record. Peptide tracking is for adults 18 and over.

The Peptides Today screen on a phone: a tirzepatide card due at 7:00 PM with its plan (every Sunday, a vial with 2 doses left and a use-by date), Taken, Log and Plan buttons and the last three doses with their injection sites, then a vitamin B12 card due every 14 days.

How to get started

  1. Open Peptides and add a compound

Open the account menu (your avatar) and choose Peptides, then Add a compound. Pick semaglutide, tirzepatide or liraglutide from the list, or type the name of anything else you take.

  2. Enter the plan you were given

Add the dose, how often (every day, chosen weekdays, every few days, days on and off, or as needed), the time, and an optional course length. Add the vial or pen you are using, and turn on a reminder if you want one.

  3. Log each dose and see your history

Tap Taken on today's card, or use the + button's Log a dose row from anywhere. Each dose keeps its time, amount and injection site, and comes out of the vial or pen you opened.

What it keeps

Every compound, every dose, one record.

Today, card by card

Each compound shows its dose, what is due and when, its plan on one line and its latest doses. Taken logs it now; Undo is there if you tap by mistake.

Any schedule

Every day, chosen weekdays, every N days, N days on and M days off, or as needed, with an optional course that counts its days.

Vials and pens

Record the amount, the water you mixed it with, when you opened it and its use-by date. The app counts the doses left as you log them.

Mixing arithmetic

From your own numbers it works out the strength and each dose in mL and U-100 syringe units. Always check every draw with your pharmacist or prescriber.

Injection sites

A body map shows which sites you used this week and in the last two, and suggests the one rested longest. Every compound counts toward the rotation.

One reminder per dose

Turn on a reminder and get one alert at each dose time you haven't logged: a browser notification on the website, a phone notification in the Android app.

Trends

An estimated level, next to what you ate.

For a compound with a half-life, the app draws an estimated level from the doses you logged, with each dose marked under the chart. The Calories tab stacks the food you logged in Nutrition above the same dates, so you can see how your eating moves through the week after a dose. Weight and every dose have their own tabs.

  • Labelled an estimate: worked out from logged doses and a published half-life, not a blood test or a measurement
  • Calories by day since your dose, averaged over complete days in Nutrition
  • Weight from your body check-ins, on the same page
A tirzepatide compound page on a phone: Log a dose and Edit, tabs for Level, Calories, Weight and Doses, and an estimated level chart rising and falling with each weekly dose, labelled an estimate from logged doses and a 5-day half-life, not a blood test or a measurement.
The Injection sites screen on a phone: a front body outline with sites shaded by when they were last used, the suggested next site ringed, a legend for this week, the last two weeks and rested, and a Last used list for each site.

Club 1000 Plus records what you were given; it never suggests a dose, a schedule or a change to either. The level is an estimate and the mixing figures are arithmetic on the numbers you type. Peptide tracking is private: it never appears in the feed or on a board, and it is exported and deleted with your account. It is general tracking, not medical advice; talk to your prescriber or pharmacist about your treatment.

Common questions

Can I track GLP-1 shots like semaglutide or tirzepatide?

Yes. Semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide are in the list with their published half-lives, so the estimated level works straight away. Any other shot or peptide can be added by typing its name, with your own half-life if you want a level.

Will the app tell me what dose to take?

No. You enter the dose and schedule you were given and the app keeps the record. It never suggests a dose, a schedule or a step-up.

Is the level chart a measurement?

No. It is an estimate worked out from the doses you logged and the compound's half-life. It ignores absorption and is not a blood test or a measurement.

Who can see my peptide log?

Only you. Peptides never appear in the feed, on a leaderboard or to other members, and they are exported and deleted with your account.

Who can use peptide tracking?

Adults 18 and over. Members under 18 see a note instead of the tracker.
