Clubs and coaches

A club is one subscription paid by its head coach. The club price includes the head coach, who counts as a coach; each other coach is added on. Every coach, the head coach included, can have up to 20 clients. While the club is paid up, its coaches have PLUS AI and its clients have PLUS at no charge to them.

• Open a club yourself in the app: My Profile → Account Management → Membership → Open a club. Name it, choose monthly or annual, and pay on Stripe. You must be 18 or older.
• Your first club starts with 30 days at no charge: you alone, with up to 2 clients. A card is needed; the club plan starts after the 30 days unless you cancel, and we email you 7 days before. Pay now starts the paid plan early so you can add coaches.
• Coaches: a coach who joins is charged at once for the rest of the period. To remove a coach, move their clients to another coach first; their charge stops from the next renewal, with no credit for the current period.
• Clients who already pay for PLUS stop being charged for it after their current period. Clients on PLUS AI move to the $5 client price at their next renewal, monthly or annual.
• If a club payment fails, its coaches and clients keep their cover for 7 days while you update the card, and we email you a reminder each day. After 7 days unpaid, the cover stops until the payment goes through. If the club’s subscription ends, the club closes; everyone keeps their history and returns to their own plan. A closed club is disabled, not deleted: reopen it and its clients come back, or export its clients, your messages, routines and programs, or delete it. When you cancel, you choose whether to keep its data or delete it when it closes.

Founding Members

Founding Members #001 to #100 — the first hundred members to log a workout, a food or a body check-in — can take their first year of annual PLUS for $30, half of twelve months at $5 ($60). Claim it in Membership within 180 days after paid plans begin; it is offered once, and renews at the annual price of $54 unless you cancel.

How billing works

• Payments go through Stripe, from the website or the app. We never see your full card number. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is added where it applies and shown before you pay.
• Automatic renewal: plans renew at the end of each month or year until you cancel. We email a receipt for every payment, and for annual plans a reminder 30 days before each renewal.
• Changing plans: moving up (PLUS to PLUS AI, or monthly to annual) starts at once and charges the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down waits until the period you paid for ends.
• Cancelling: cancel any time in Membership. You keep your plan to the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Until then, Keep my plan undoes it.
• No refunds: payments are not refunded, including for the rest of a period after you cancel, except where the law requires it.
• Failed payments: your account moves to Free at once and we email you; your plan comes back as soon as a payment goes through.
• When paid plans begin: members get at least 30 days’ notice in the app and by email. Until then everything stays unlimited. A plan bought before then is charged when you buy it, and its first month or year starts on the day paid plans begin; a club’s first 30 days at no charge also start on that day.
