Peptides
Track shots and peptides
Keep every compound you take in one place: what is due today, what you took, and where.
Open Peptides
Tap your photo in the top-right corner and choose Peptides (on a computer it is in the sidebar). Peptides is for members 18 and over, and it is private: nothing here is ever shared to the feed or leaderboards.
Today shows a card for each compound: what is due and when, its plan on one line (how often, the time, the vial or pen and doses left), and the doses you logged most recently. Tap Taken when you take it: it is logged now, at the suggested injection site, and Undo shows for a few seconds. Log… logs a dose with its own time, site or note. A dose you just logged shows first on its card, marked Just logged, even if you logged it for another day; tap any dose to change or delete it.
Add a compound
- Tap Add (or Add a compound the first time).
- Pick Semaglutide, Tirzepatide or Liraglutide, or Something else and type its name.
- Enter the dose you were given and its unit (mg, mcg, IU or mL), and whether it is a pen or a vial.
- Choose how often: every day, certain days of the week, every few days, days on and days off, or as needed. Add the time you take it, the day you started and, if it is a course, how many days it lasts.
- Tap Save.
Enter the plan your prescriber gave you: Club 1000+ never suggests a dose, a schedule or when to change either.
Log a dose
Tap Log a dose (or + → Log a dose from any screen). Pick the compound, check the dose, set the date and time if it wasn't just now, and tap the site on the body map. Choose Skipped to record a dose you didn't take. Add a note if you like, then Save. To change or delete a dose, tap it on the compound's card (or under Trends and all doses → Doses).
See or change your plan
Tap Plan on a compound's card. It opens right there: Dose, How often, Time · reminder, the vial or pen, and when you started. Tap a line to change just that one thing; the rest of the plan stays as it is. Edit everything opens the whole form (and Delete), and Stop stops the compound when you finish it — your history stays.
Trends and all doses
Tap Trends and all doses on a card. Level estimates how much is in your body from the doses you logged and its half-life (for the three listed medicines we use the published one; for anything else you can enter a half-life). It is an estimate, not a blood test. Weight shows your trend weight from the Body tab since you started, with a tick for each dose. Doses lists every dose you logged.
Calories beside your level
On a compound with a level estimate, open Trends and all doses → Calories. Two charts share one row of dates: the calories you ate each day from Nutrition on top, with your 7-day average, and the estimated level underneath. Drag along the chart (or use the arrow keys) and the line under it names both for that day. Today is an outline until the day is complete, and a day you didn't log has no bar — it is not counted as eating nothing.
By day since your dose averages your complete days by how long after a dose they were (dose day, day 1 after, and so on) beside the average estimated level on those days, and says which day you eat the most. If your intake climbs as the level falls, this is where you see it. It describes what you logged; it is not advice about your dose.
Vials and pens
Open Plan on a compound's card and tap the vial or pen line (or New vial or pen under Trends and all doses), then enter how much is in it, the day you opened it and, if you like, a use-by date. For a vial you mix, add the water you put in: you see its strength and your dose as millilitres and units on a U-100 syringe. That is arithmetic on the numbers you entered, so check every draw with your pharmacist or prescriber. Each dose you log comes out of the vial or pen you had open that day, so you can see how many doses are left.
Rotate injection sites
Tap Injection sites on Today. The map shades the sites you used this week and in the last two weeks, and suggests the one rested longest; Log a dose picks it for you. Left and right are your own left and right.
Dose reminders
Open Plan on a compound's card, tap Time · reminder and tick Remind me when a dose is due: your phone tells you at each dose time you haven't logged, even with the app or browser closed: the Android app sets the reminders itself, and on the website your browser asks once whether Club 1000+ may send notifications (on an iPhone browser, add Club 1000+ to your Home Screen first).
Hide Peptides
Don't use Peptides? Open your photo → Account Management → Preferences, set Peptides to Hide and tap Save preferences. Peptides leaves the account menu, the sidebar and + (no Log a dose), and its dose reminders stop. Nothing is deleted: set it back to Show and your compounds, doses and reminders are all there again.
Common questions
Where did Peptides go?
You (or someone using your account) hid it. Open Account Management → Preferences and set Peptides to Show. Your records were kept the whole time.
Does Club 1000+ tell me what dose to take?
No. Peptides is a log of what you take, entered by you. It never suggests a dose, a schedule or a change to either, and its estimates are not medical advice. Ask your prescriber or pharmacist about your dose.
Why can't I open Peptides?
Peptides is for members 18 and over. Open Account Management from the account menu, confirm you are 18 or over and add your date of birth.
I logged a dose but I don't see it
A dose you just logged shows first on its compound's card, marked Just logged, whatever day it was for. Every dose is under Trends and all doses → Doses. If a save didn't go through, the form stays open and says why; if it says peptide tracking isn't set up yet, tell us through Send feedback.
Why is the Calories tab empty?
It needs food logged in Nutrition on the days since your doses, and a compound with a level estimate (the three listed medicines, or one you gave a half-life). Averages use complete days only: a past day with food completes itself, and today counts once you mark it complete.
Who can see my doses?
Only you. Peptides never shares anything to the feed, leaderboards or your friends. It is included when you download your data and deleted with your account.
