Getting started

Create your account and sign in

Everything you need to go from nothing to signed in, in about two minutes.

Open the app

Go to club1000plus.com and tap Open the app at the top of the page. It runs in the browser on your phone or computer, so there is nothing to install. Club 1000+ is for adults 18 and over who live in the 50 United States or DC.

Create your account

  1. Tap Join now.
  2. Enter your Full name, Email address and a Password of at least 8 characters.
  3. Tick I am at least 18 years old and I live in one of the 50 United States or DC, and choose your state.
  4. Tick the boxes to accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
  5. Tap Create account.

Join now: fill in every field and tick every box, then tap Create account.

Verify your email

We send you an email with a link. Open it and tap the link to verify your account — you can't sign in until you do. The link works for 24 hours.

Sign in

  1. Tap Sign in and enter your email address and password.
  2. On your own phone or computer, leave Stay logged in for 30 days ticked so you don't have to sign in every time.
  3. Tap Sign in.

The welcome tour

The first time you sign in, a short tour points out where everything lives. Tap Next to move through it, or Skip tour to start straight away. Then see Find your way around the app and the Quick start.

Common questions

I didn't get the verification email

Check your spam, junk or promotions folder first. Still nothing? On the sign-in screen, type your email address in the Email address box, then tap Resend verification email and we send a fresh link.

Why can't I sign up?

Club 1000+ is for adults 18 and over who live in the 50 United States or DC; the form asks you to confirm both. If you think something is wrong, write to us on the Contact page.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We send a link that lets you choose a new password; it works once and expires after an hour. See Sign-in, password and your data.
