If you don't have an account yet, start with Create your account and sign in, then take a minute with Find your way around the app. Then come back for these five steps.

Log your first workout

Tap + in the bottom bar (on a computer, Log Workout in the sidebar) and choose Log workout to record your first strength sets or cardio. How to log exercises.

The Workouts tab on a phone, with the red + in the middle of the bottom bar ringed.
The red + in the middle of the bottom bar adds anything. Tap it, then Log workout.

Record your weight

Tap + → Body check-in to record your weight. Your trend, pace and calorie targets all start from it. More about check-ins.

The Check in sheet: the date, the weight with minus and plus buttons, Add measurements, Add photos and Save check-in.
Tap + → Body check-in. Adjust the weight with − and +, then Save check-in.

Set up nutrition

Open Nutrition and choose Set up my targets, then log what you eat with + → Add food. Setting up targets, step by step.

The Set your targets sheet: goal, target weight, how fast, pace, how exercise is counted and the BMR formula.
Set your targets: pick a goal and a pace, and the app works out your calories and macros.

Share when you want to

When you want others to see a session or a check-in, tap Share. Everything is private until you do.

Today's session in Workouts with the Share button, beside Log additional notes/photos, ringed.
Share (ringed) puts the day's session on the feed. Until you tap it, only you can see it.

See where you stand

Open Leaderboards from the account menu (tap your photo) to see where you stand.

The Leaderboards screen: the Challenge board for lifting over the rolling 30 days, with three members ranked.
Leaderboards: switch the board, the time window and who you compare with.
