Staying signed in, resetting your password, and exporting or deleting your data.
Staying signed in
Leave Stay logged in for 30 days ticked when you sign in (it is on by default). You stay signed in on that device for as long as you keep using the app at least once a month; signing out, changing your password, or an admin sign-out ends it. Untick it on a shared computer to be signed out when the browser closes.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We send a link that lets you choose a new password; it works once and expires after an hour. Nothing changes on your account until you use it.
Download or delete your data
Open the account menu (tap your photo) → Account Management. Export My Data downloads everything you have logged. Deleting your data or your whole account is there too, and asks for your current password first.
Common questions
Refreshing shows "Signing you back in…"
That is normal — the app is re-checking your session, not signing you out. If it cannot reach the server it keeps your session and offers a Retry button; only an expired or ended session shows the login form.
