Membership and billing

The plans

Free lets you log as much as you like, with 1 saved routine, 5 custom exercises, 5 custom foods and 5 custom recipes, and analytics for your last 90 days. PLUS ($5 a month, or $54 a year) has no limits and shows all of your history in analytics. PLUS AI ($10 a month, or $108 a year) is everything in PLUS plus the Club 1000 Plus connection in ChatGPT. Prices are in US dollars, before sales tax; paying annually saves 10%.

Open it from My Profile → Account Management → Membership. It has two tabs: My plan for your own plan (and, if a club coaches you, the $5 PLUS AI add-on), and My club for opening or running a club. Your plan shows as a badge on My Profile and in the account menu — only you see it.

Upgrade, change or cancel

Choose a plan and pay on Stripe’s secure page; your plan starts as soon as the payment goes through. In the app, Stripe opens in your browser — come back to the app when you’re done and your plan updates by itself. Changing plan never happens on one tap: you first see exactly what is charged today (with tax where it applies), the new plan and when it renews, and nothing changes until you press Confirm. Moving up (PLUS to PLUS AI, or monthly to annual) starts at once and charges the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down charges nothing today and waits until the period you paid for ends. Monthly to annual on the same plan also starts at your renewal: your year begins when the current month ends, so you don't lose days you've paid for. Annual to monthly also waits for your renewal, because the rest of a paid year isn't refunded; to move up straight away from an annual plan, choose the higher plan on annual. If your club, a grant or your role already includes a plan, it shows as Included and there is nothing to buy.

Auto-renew shows under your plan: On with the date and price it renews at, or Off with the date it ends. Turning it off asks once more, then keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for and moves you to Free; payments are not refunded. Turning it back on before then keeps your plan renewing, with nothing charged until the renewal. Payment method & invoices opens Stripe to change your card or download an invoice.

Free limits and your data

Nothing is ever deleted when you move to Free. If you have more saved routines, custom exercises, foods or recipes than Free includes, you choose which ones stay usable with Choose what you keep; until you choose, the ones you used most recently stay usable. The rest stay saved but read-only (marked Locked), and come back the moment you upgrade. Your full workout history, editing past entries, leaderboards and data export are never limited; only the charts in Performance Analytics stop at your last 90 days.

Payments, receipts and renewals

We email a receipt each time a payment goes through, as soon as you are back from Stripe. If a payment fails, your account moves to Free straight away and we email you; update your card in Membership and your plan comes back as soon as the payment works. Annual plans renew once a year, and we email you 30 days before they do. A plan that is about to end shows a reminder at the top of the app.

Clubs and coaches

Open a club from Membership → My club → Open a club: name it, choose monthly or annual, and pay on Stripe. A club is $50 a month (or $540 a year) with you as head coach, plus $25 a month (or $270 a year) for each coach you add; every coach, you included, takes up to 20 clients. Your first club starts with 30 days at no charge for you and up to 2 clients — a card is needed and the club plan starts after the 30 days unless you cancel; we email you 7 days before. Pay now starts the paid plan early so you can add coaches; it shows the amount and asks you to confirm first. The club's Auto-renew shows the date and the price it renews at, coach seats included. A coach joining adds their seat at once, charged for the rest of the period; to remove a coach, move their clients to another coach first. Turning the club's auto-renew off asks what happens when it closes — keep its data (the default) or delete it — and offers Export club data first: one zip with your clients (names, never emails), your messages with them, and the club’s routines and programs as Program CSV. It stays open to the end of the period, then closes. A closed club is disabled, not deleted: Reopen my club brings it back with its clients (unless they joined another coach), and Delete club removes it for good once you type its name. If a club payment fails, its coaches and clients keep their cover for 7 days while you update your card in Membership, and we email you a reminder each day; after 7 days unpaid, the cover stops until the payment goes through.

Coaches and the head coach have PLUS AI, and clients have PLUS, while the club is paid up. If you join a club while paying for PLUS, your PLUS stops renewing at the end of its period; if you pay for PLUS AI, it moves to the $5 add-on at your next renewal. A client can add PLUS AI for $5 a month from Membership → My plan. It is monthly only while a club coaches you, because you can leave the club at any time. If you leave the club (or it closes), the add-on carries on as PLUS AI at its full price from its next renewal — we email you first, and you can turn off auto-renew or switch to annual then.

ChatGPT and when plans start

Once paid plans begin, connecting Club 1000 Plus in ChatGPT needs PLUS AI; on Free or PLUS, ChatGPT tells you to upgrade in the app, and reconnecting after you upgrade just works. Before paid plans begin we give at least 30 days’ notice in the app and by email, with a reminder 7 days before; everything stays unlimited until the date, and you can choose a plan early: it is charged when you buy it, and its first month or year starts on the day plans begin, so it first renews a month or a year after that day. A club opened early gets its 30 days at no charge from that day too. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy cover paid plans; on the day plans begin, the app asks you once to accept the updated versions.

Founding Members

Founding Members #001 to #100 can take their first year of annual PLUS for $30 — half the price of twelve months — for 180 days after paid plans begin. The offer shows in Membership if it is yours; it renews at the annual price.
